The College follows the Order issued by the Finance (Audit) Department, Govt. of West Bengal for counting its holidays in addition to the regular holidays on Sundays. The College follows a six days week system. In the matter of declaring holidays it also counts the circular or communications issued by its affiliating University i.e., Vidyasagar University. The College plans to have its own list of holidays from the coming academic session keeping in mind the order to be issued by the competent authorities.
